A slow and flowing class integrated with specific ante-natal postures to help you stay grounded, light and energised during pregnancy. It should also help to relieve many common pregnancy ailments and prepare you for an active labour and birth. Breath and visualisation exercises will enhance your experience by creating physical, mental and emotional well-being, cultivating courage and wisdom.

The class will leave you feeling relaxed, nurtured and empowered having made a new network of supportive friends. Suitable from 12 weeks of pregnancy to birth.

Emma completed her Yoga Teacher Training in India specialising in, Vinyasa, Hatha and Restorative Yoga and has also completed a Pregnancy, Postnatal and Mum and Baby teacher training and is fully insured and registered with The Yoga Alliance.

With a background in Midwifery Emma first came to Yoga herself for the numerous health benefits it provides. Emma teaches Hatha, Vinyasa flow, Pregnancy, Mum and Baby Yoga, holds restorative and Yoga Nidra workshops in West Sussex and teaches at retreats for Sally Parkes Yoga.

Emma has a keen interest in the mind and body connection and is passionate about the benefits of Yoga being accessible to people from all walks of life she has an inclusive, welcoming and light-hearted style of teaching.

Current Classes at Heene Community Centre:-

Pregnancy Yoga - Monday 6pm to 7.15pm

Gentle Hatha Flow Yoga - Wednesday 9.30am to 10.30am
