Open Floor is a conscious movement meditation practice, which through movement to music, fun and simple instruction, we can begin to explore and listen inwardly.
A regular movement practice helps keep the mind, body and spirit supple. This enables us to expand ourselves, learn how to move with things rather than resist and block. We learn to embrace what arises in us and helps us to be more resourceful with whatever life brings.
There are no steps to learn and no way to do it wrong. Invitations and creative enquiries will be offered. All that is required is a curiosity, a willingness to move and comfortable clothing and a drink.
