"Singing for pleasure"
University of the 3rd Age

Our repertoire varies from old English folk songs to songs from various musical shows from the 1920s to the present day, including the occasional Beatles and Abba song.

Myra writes:
"The operative words are 'Singing for Pleasure' since we are not a choir as such, but a group of people singing together and enjoying the experience - and with good tuition we are learning to improve.
Our conductor, Muriel Hart, endeavours to get the best out of the group so that we make our sound as good as it can be. Our dedicated pianist, Morag MacIntyre, keeps us all in tune and beat.
Altogether, this is a rewarding group. We started in the early 2000’s and are still going strong."
