Mindfulness can be defined as:

“Paying attention to our experience in the present moment, in a non-judgemental, curious and open-hearted way”

Mindfulness can help with:

  • Acute and Chronic stress,
  • Chronic pain and illness,
  • Anxiety, Depression, Insomnia and Mood Disorders.

Mindfulness is a practical skill and holistic way of cultivating curiosity, clarity, insight, understanding and compassion of your mind and body.

A way to support you, to reveal and mobilise YOUR inner resources.Learning how to take better care for yourself and others, by exploring the understanding around the interplay of mind and body.

“The present is the only time that any of us have to be alive -to know anything to perceive -to learn-to act-to change-to heal” Jon Kabat Zinn 1996.

Mindfulness courses have gained much recognition in helping people to reduce the effects of stress on our minds and body’s.

A growing body of scientific evidence and research gathered from over 35 years of working in this way now supports the benefits that are possible to gain from working with Mindfulness.

Mindfulness can help us to learn to live with our busy lives AS THEY ARE.
