I first met with Mindfulness Meditation practices, in 2009, and began Mindfulness Teacher training in 2013, as I wished to learn how to share Mindfulness Practices with others in a vibrant and supportive way. Sharing with others the benefits I experience in my life,gained and supported by my personal varied Mindfulness practices, bringing my practice “from the cushion and into my life”.I feel I have moved from,” Surviving to Thriving” in my daily life, as it is.
I am interested in both Western Contemplative and traditional Mindfulness Meditation teachings and practices, with Compassion being at the heart of my personal Mindfulness practice and of my teaching/facilitating. I am member of a local Secular Sitting Group and various vibrant Mindfulness Teacher communities and networks. I attend regular personal and teaching retreats.
I teach Mindfulness Meditation Practicesin a range of coursesincluding Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, Introductory, Deepening Practice, Retreat Days, offered toindividuals, couples&small groups in my private workspace and to groups in community settings.
I have completed Mindfulness Teacher Trainings with, Oxford Mindfulness Centre, Mindfulness in Schools Project and the Centre for Mindfulness Research and Practice, Bangor University,& Mindfulness Based Compassionate Living Foundation.I actively continue with myProfessional Teaching Development, with these organisations and other organisations offering experiential trainings.
I am Certified by MiSP (Mindfulness in Schools Project) to teach the .b programme for 11-18 year olds, in schools and youth community setting.
I am fully insured and am DBS Checked (Enhanced Disclosure Level).
I am a qualified Professional Mindfulness Coach.

I am aqualified and practicing Integrative Counsellor & Psychotherapist (2008) MBACP Registered. I have a privatepractice based in Worthing and also work fora local organisation offering Counselling and Therapy to people aged 16+.
I have worked professionally in the field of human relationships since 1994, working with both children and adults, from diverse communities, including those with varied physical and psychological/learning abilities.
