Little Angels Toddler yoga 18-36 months
Our little Angels classes involve yoga, stories, songs, rhymes and heuristic play. These elements together help encourage your toddler's freedom of expression & creativity. The postures help with neuromuscular development, self-confidence and is a lovely bonding time for you. The classes very much 'go with the flow' and encourage adult participation and lots of fun!! This class is booked in 6 week blocks and is open to all parents/carers
YogaBellies for Mum & baby
Our Mum & baby classes offer some wonderful time to release and relax with your baby. For Mum we focus on safely rebuilding your BAPs (back, abs & pelvic floor), meeting other mum's and boding with little one. Our baby yoga helps with baby's muscular development, aid sleep, digestion and creates a lovely bonding time for the two of you. This class is booked in 6 week blocks and is open to Mum's who are at least 6 weeks post-partum.
