Mona Yoga is run by Nikki Timney and aims to help you to find all the benefits that yoga can bring to both your physical and mental health. You will create strength and mobility in the body whilst maintaining a deep internal awareness of the breath and how the movements feel.
Classes are open to all abilities. Mats are provided, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer.
