4 week course (one class a week for four weeks)
This course is designed for absolute beginners and will take you through the fundamentals of yoga, so that you can find your feet and feel confident going into an all-levels class.
Emily will introduce you to the fundamental yoga poses and you’ll start to link them together in simple sequences. Along the way Emily will cover the importance of breath, health benefits and more. Each week you'll build on the week before, and by the end of the course, hopefully you'll have found your love for yoga!
The price is £30, and if you attend the first class and don't wish to continue for any reason, a full course refund is available.
