Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the Centre and its users outside normal working hours dealing with members of the public and our hirers.
In addition you will also provide customer service, face to face, by helping users and setting up rooms for hirers.
This will involve the setting up and taking down of tables and chairs for hirers and dealing with any queries they may have, and requests for additional equipment, such as projectors.
This role requires a good level of physical fitness.
We may require cover for up to 16 hours a week which would be split over the following working days:-
Monday to Friday 17.00 – 23.30
Saturday 12.00 – 18.00 or 18.00 – 24.00
Sunday 8.30 – 13.30 or 13.30 – 21.00
The working hours and days are variable but will be evenings and/or weekends.
The pay will be £10.42 per hour.
