Kundalini Yoga

Thursday evenings:

First lesson  6:00 pm to 7.20pm
Second lesson 7.25 pm to 8.40 pm

Saturday Mornings:

First lesson 9:00 am to 10:30 am
Second lesson 11:00 am to 12:30 pm

Classes are for all abilities.

Please bring a yoga mat and/or a sheep skin, wear loose jogging trousers and t-shirt.

Each class will have a long relaxation so bring a blanket or warm clothing to cover yourself as your body cools down during relaxation.

Please bring water to drink during and after the class.

Each class cost a minimum of £10.


Kundalini Yoga and Meditation in Worthing

Kundalini yoga is a complete science.

In a kundalini yoga class you will learn about yogic techniques called kriyas. These can be enjoyed by everyone, regardless of age or physical ability.

The yoga we practice involves a range of physical exercises, working with our breathing, the use of sound through mantras and meditations.

Together these work to raise our kundalini energy (our vital energy), at the base of the spine and move it through the body’s seven energy centres, chakras.

Kundalini yoga strengthens the nervous system and balances the glandular system, increasing physical and mental health.

At Kundalini Realm we are devoted to spreading Yogi Bhajan’s teachings and the benefits of working with your Kundalini energy.
